NTUBC sent 18 novice athletes to compete at the East Midlands University Rowing Indoor Rowing Series held at the Universty of Derby.

 

The weeks prior to the event our novices had been training hard on the water and in the gym but for all of them this was their first real test of competitive rowing.

 

All our novice athletes who took part did the club and University proud as they pulled out some amazing results throughout the day.

 

Special congratulations to Edward Small who managed to bring home a Bronze medal in the Men's Beginner 1k category.
